6 Easy Drinking Games to Get Your Booze on With Your Pals

Picture this: You and your friends are having drinks and talking in your living room. Now, do you really want them to be drinking and talking when they COULD be drinking and talking and leveling massive penalties against each other in the name of sportsmanship? That’s what I thought. Drinking games are the perfect way to break the ice at the beginning of the night or segue into deeper chats towards the end of the night. Whether you’re a big fan of high-energy shouty games or enjoy manipulating the rules to learn people’s ~secrets~ (ME), the following drinking game ideas could all be great ways to turn a simple night into a memory.

Every time I find myself wishing there were a low-key competitive element between me and my closest pals, I suddenly blank on every game I’ve ever heard about in my entire life. And because hastily typing “ideas for drinking games” into Google isn’t exactly the Party Vibe I like to harness, I’ve collected some of the most easily executed drinking games that require no more of you than a deck of cards and, of course, the ability to harangue your pals into some semblance of a circle.

1. Irish Poker

All you need for this game is a deck of cards and as many pals as you can peel away from a heated debate about the merits of Taylor Swift’s new album. Each player gets four cards laid facedown in front of them. The person to the left of the dealer has to guess whether their first card is black or red. If they guess right, they get to make any two people in the game drink. But if they guess wrong, they have to drink twice.

The guessing continues around the circle. For round two, players have to guess if their second card is higher or lower than their first and hand out four drinks to the circle (if they guessed correctly) or drink four drinks (if they guessed incorrectly).

For round three, players have to guess whether the number on the third card will be between the two cards already pulled or not, and drink or hand out six drinks depending on the result.

On the last card, players guess the suit. If they’re right, they hand out eight drinks and if they’re wrong they drink all eight.

2. The Cardboard Game

The cardboard game is a bit more free-wheeling, and it doesn’t require anything except—you guessed it—a piece of cardboard. Okay, and a sharpie and a quarter. But still, it’s pretty low maintenance. The cardboard can be a pizza box, a flattened cardboard box, or any other form as long as it’s at least about a foot and a half wide and you can write on it.

Players start by drawing circles anywhere on the cardboard and writing their names inside said circle. Then the first player flips a quarter onto the cardboard. If it lands on someone’s name, that person drinks. If it lands on unoccupied cardboard territory, the player draws a circle (whatever shape or size they want!) and writes a rule inside.

Players keep flipping the coin in turns, either landing on someone’s name, having to do whatever rule they land on, or making a new rule until the board is full. And then the fun really begins.

A couple of suggested rules to get the ball rolling:

  • Player has to do an impression of the person across from them, and if the crowd determines it’s not good enough, they drink.
  • Player has to swap one article of clothing with the person next to them.
  • Player has to use a pickup line on the person across from them. The picker-upee decides whether the picker-upper has to drink based on the quality of the line.
  • Player has to end every sentence with the word meow for the round. If they forget, they drink.

3. Friend Trivia

This one’s great for a friend group that’s known each other for a long time. Everyone gets three (or more) scraps of paper, and on each one they write a weird fact about themselves (or someone else present). All the scraps go into a bowl. The bowl then gets passed around the circle for every turn.

For each turn, a player pulls out a scrap, reads the piece of trivia, and after a count to three, everyone points to the person they think it’s about. Anyone who doesn’t get it right drinks, and if everyone does get it right, the person the trivia was about drinks.

4. King’s Cup (Also Known as Just Simply Kings)

There are a lot of variants to this game, but as I’m a firm believer that the best drinking games are the ones with the most potential to learn ~secrets~, I’m going to go ahead and stick with mine. The game starts with a deck of cards spread facedown in a circle around an unopened can of the beer/cider/spiked seltzer of your choice. Players take turns pulling cards and placing them under the tab of the can, slowly pushing the can open more and more with each card added under the tab. The person whose card finally opens the can has to drink it. Meanwhile, each card added has a different rule, so by the time the final card busts open the can, your group will have been playing with layers and layers of rules, making for a very messy (and very confusing) drinking game.

Here are the rules for each card:

  • Ace: Waterfall. The person who drew the card starts drinking and the person to their left follows until the entire circle is drinking (like the wave, but more boozey). Nobody can stop drinking until the person to their right stops, starting with the person who pulled the card.
  • 2: You. The person who drew the card gets to make someone else drink.
  • 3: Me. The person who drew the card drinks.
  • 4: Floor. The last player to put a hand on the floor drinks.
  • 5: Guys. Guys drink.
  • 6: Chicks. Ladies drink!
  • 7: Heaven. The last person to point to the ceiling drinks.
  • 8: Mate. Whoever drew the card gets to pick someone in the circle to be their mate. The mate has to drink anytime the card drawer drinks for the rest of the game.
  • 9: Rhyme. The person who drew the card says a word, and players go around the circle trying to name rhymes for it. The first person to fail to come up with a rhyme drinks. If anyone tries a bullshit slant rhyme, it is absolutely necessary for the good of society to make them drink twice.
  • 10: Categories. The person who drew the card names a category like “Disney Movies” or “US Presidents” (if they’re boring). The circle goes around naming things in that category until someone fails to come up with one. And if they fail, then they have to (you guessed it) drink!
  • Jack: Never have I ever. Each player puts three fingers up and players go around in a circle saying things they’ve never, ever done. Anytime a player has, in fact, ever done the thing mentioned they must clap, drink, and put a finger down. The first person to put all 3 fingers down loses (at the game but probably not at life) and must drink.
  • Queen: Question Master or Juicy Q. My friends have played this both ways, but more often we’ve played this card both ways at the same time. I’d recommend this combo. Whoever pulls a queen becomes the Question Master. Anyone who answers a question asked by the Question Master at any point during the game has to drink. We like to inaugurate the Question Master by having them ask a Juicy Q to the group—as in any deep, delving, or inappropriate question that everyone must answer. Pick and choose according to the vibes which rule (or both!) you’d like to play for this one!
  • King: Make up a rule. Whoever picks up a king card gets to make a new rule for the game. Targeting heavily encouraged.

5. Fuck the Dealer

In Fuck the Dealer, there’s really only one loser, and you can probably already guess who that is. The game starts when everyone is seated in a circle and dealt one card—the player with the lowest ranking card becomes the dealer.

The dealer shuffles the deck and puts it in front of the group. The player on the dealer’s left guesses the value of the card on the top of the deck. The dealer checks and if the player is right, the dealer drinks four times. But if the guess is wrong, the dealer tells the guesser whether the card is lower or higher than their first guess.

Then the player guesses again. And if the second guess is correct, the dealer drinks twice. If the second guess is wrong, the player drinks the difference between their guess and the actual value of the card.

The same dealer then has the next player to the left guess the value of the new card on the top of the deck, and gameplay continues around the circle until you’re out of cards or, if you have any mercy at all, whenever the dealer starts looking very sad.

I Tried the Print on Print Fashion Trend—and Now I’m Obsessed

If you’re familiar with my Instagram at all, you know that I’m no stranger to color. You can often find me pulling out all the brightest pieces from my closet and mixing them together in a way that doesn’t completely make me look like a crazy person. I’m not afraid of color, but I am at least a little intimidated by prints and patterns—and where there’s a loud color, there’s usually a bold pattern with it. But in the name of #fashion, I’ve decided to face my fear and figure out how to wear the print on print fashion trend.

Instagram PhotoSource: Instagram

At first, I accepted the challenge and headed straight to my wardrobe to see what the heck I could come up with. I pulled out each top that has some sort of consistent pattern on it, and then grabbed some bottoms that also had a print on it and held them up together. My initial thought was, “Absolutely not.” I just didn’t think they’d work.

But that was with the clothes on hangers—and, boy, was I surprised when I tried them on. They actually looked great! These looks were fun and unique. Plus, they brought a lot of new conversations my way because people were constantly complimenting these looks.

Print mixing may seem like a huge feat, but to be honest, it was much easier than I had originally thought. Scroll through to see the looks I put together!

Romper: Missguided | Blouse: Missguided | Earrings: Missguided | Hat: Lack of Color | Boots: Lulus

Bright, young and fun was the name of the game with this look. I brought together three different busy prints—a polka dot blouse, a plaid romper, and leopard print boots—for an unexpected twist on pattern mixing. Sure, it was an eye-catching, statement look, but given the right time and place, it’s absolutely wearable.

Trousers: Missguided | Blazer: Missguided | Sweater: Marks & Spencer | Hat: Lack of Color | Shoes: writer’s own | Purse: Valfre

I will never, ever pass up the opportunity to wear a matching set. No matter what it is—a skirt, pants, shorts, blazer, crop top—it doesn’t matter. I’m probably already obsessed with it. Especially if it’s a two-piece suit. It’s the perfect opportunity to have something fun and hip that you can actually wear to work. This plaid two-piece set works perfectly with this geometric sweater and flower printed bag. This is absolutely an outfit that I’m going to wear time and time again!

Jacket: Missguided | Jeans: Missguided | Bodysuit: Missguided | Hat: Lack of Color | Shoes: thrifted, writer’s own

When you put on a bright orange, floral print bodysuit, you may feel overwhelmed. But surprisingly, when I put on the pants and jacket, the look somehow felt more toned down to me. Even though this matching two-piece set does, indeed, have a pattern on it, it’s such a minimalist set that can be worn in so many different ways. Of course, I felt the need to pair it with a bright color and an even more obnoxious pattern—but you could even wear it with something less bright and be left with a unique, versatile, and confidence-boosting look.

Skirt: Lulus | Bodysuit: Lulus | Shoes: thrifted, writer’s own | Hat: Lack of Color | Jacket: writer’s own

Florals are truly always a good idea. It’s one of those prints that’s versatile enough to work for any season. With this outfit, I wanted to bring on the florals, so I decided to mix two different floral prints. The incredibly minimalistic floral pattern on the skirt balanced out the the busy print on the bodysuit. Then I threw in some neutrals to pull it all together, and voila!

Jeans: Lulus | Tank: writer’s own | Jacket: writer’s own | Hat: Lack of Color | Shoes: thrifted, writer’s own | Earrings: GUESS

In my book, animal print can do no wrong. While print mixing may seem difficult, this outfit really proved to me that it’s far from difficult. The plaid print on the blazer wasn’t too obvious, which, in my opinion, made it super easy to pull off when paired with trousers featuring a more in-your-face print. A pair of matching maroon boots pulled the whole look together perfectly. Here is yet another look that I absolutely would’ve never paired together—but will absolutely wear again and again.

Whoa—Millie Bobby Brown Is Blonde Now

In the first season of Stranger Things, the sci-fi Netflix show that’s become a phenomenon, Millie Bobby Brown wears a bright blonde wig to play Eleven. But once Eleven’s real hair grows in, Brown started using her own hair, or at least her own medium-brown hair color. Now, Brown’s gone back to the light side with a new blonde ‘do. The look was first spotted on Miami-based hair salon Y.S.V Salon’s Instagram, where colorist Yair highlighted her brunette hair to a wheat blonde. It’s a gorgeous shade and nothing like the platinum wig.

Brown’s hair transformation doesn’t end at hair dye. She hit up Dafne Beauty Lounge to get waist-length extensions. The photos from the salon are a little confusing because her hair looks a little darker at the root in these photos than the others. But I’m going to guess it’s a lighting issue. Either way, Brown’s hair is now blonde and a lot longer. The style is beachy and tousled and by the look on her face, she loves it.

Brown showed off her new ‘do at a UK launch event for her beauty line, Florence by Mills. Her honey-blonde hair was long and full. It’s a really different look for the actress and as beautiful as she looks (always), I can’t help but miss the 15-year-old’s more natural, cool-girl vibe. It’s possible the sunnier look is for a role.

Mills (as her friends call her) also shared some pretty big Stranger Things news today. She posted the first mini trailer of Season 4 to Instagram with the caption: “We’re Not In Hawkins Anymore.”

A Step-by-Step Beginner’s Guide to Putting On a Wig That Won’t Get Snatched

If you have yet to try wearing a wig, it’s about time you get with the program. Honestly, there’s no better and easier way to try out any hair color, cut or style. Just ask Cardi B. or Kylie Jenner, two ladies whose collections could probably fill a walk-in closet (yes, I’m a little jealous). Beyond the obvious advantage of being able to switch up your look from day to day, wigs are also one of the best time-efficient protective hairstyles. At the same time, knowing how to put on a wig is probably one of the most popular questions wig-wearers have, whether they’re a newbie or want to avoid getting their current unit snatched…literally.

The upside is that wigs have come such a long way from the cringy church lady versions you may still see around Halloween or on Grandma’s head at the family reunion. Nowadays, the options look more realistic than ever—even the affordable ones. However, if you want to level up even more, a couple small tweaks will make a noticeable difference. Keep reading for a step-by-step application guide that will leave you feeling red-carpet-ready.

Start with your hair prepped and flattened under a wig cap

Wig caps are essential because they protect your natural hair from potential damage while wearing a wig (i.e. breakage from friction). Your hair needs to be as flat as possible so the wig can sit naturally and not like a hump on the top of your head. I wear my hair in flat twists (like cornrows, but twists instead of braids) because they’re easy to create and remove. However, you can also braid your hair or slick it back with gel or mousse (the latter if you have short hair). The better the foundation under your wig, the better it will look when it’s on.

The wig cap that you decide to use is also up to your discretion. I prefer a nude cap or one close to my skin tone to help the parting of the wig look more natural. I recommend grabbing various colors to see which you like most.

Apply a powder that matches your skin tone to the wig cap

This is another crucial step to help you part look natural when you’re wearing a wig with a lace front parting. If you choose a wig cap that isn’t your skin tone, this step helps tweak the cap to make the part look like your scalp.

My powder of choice is the Sephora MicroSmooth Baked Foundation Powder in the shade Tan. I like this powder because it goes on evenly and doesn’t oxidize.

Place the wig on your head, starting in the front

I find this the easiest way to put on your wig, especially if your hair is braided, twisted, or molded. This will ensure that you’re moving the wig in the direction of the foundation that you created without disrupting it.

Determine what kind of part you want and adjust the wig accordingly

The wig that I’m putting on, Mayvenn Hair’s Playful Peyton Center Part Lob Wig, has a pre-made center part that I can’t change, so I have to shift the wig to make it a side part. If you have a closure wig, you may be able to skip this step and re-part your hair instead since it has space.

How-to-put-on-a-wig-step-6

Mika Robinson.

Secure your wig (lace front or lace closure wigs)

Depending on the kind of wig that you have, this step may look different. If you have a wig with a lace closure or lace frontal, you may want to consider laying it down with heavy-duty hairspray like Got 2B Glued Blasting Freeze Spray. Wig glue works as well. However, I prefer the Got 2B spray because it’s easier to work with, much more forgiving and removes easily without causing damage to the hairline.

My Mayvenn Wig isn’t a full lace closure, so I’m opting not to apply spray or glue. Instead, I’m tucking the attached wig combs into my braids to secure it.

Lay down the baby hairs of your wig (optional)

While you don’t need to create baby hairs on your wig, it helps create a more realistic finish. I’m personally not a fan of overdone baby hairs, so instead, I brush a small swoop at the front portion of the part. I’m using my Baby Tress Edge Styler which is the perfect tool for laying your natural baby hair or baby hair on a wig. This helps me to hide the start of the lace, helping the wig look like natural hair (or at least an excellent sewn-in weave).

How-to-put-on-wig-step-7

Mika Robinson.

Apply powder to the parting space

Yes, yet another step to make the part look official, but you’ll be glad you did it. I’m taking the same Sephora MicroSmooth Baked Foundation Powder in the shade Tan and applying directly on the part. This helps to make the knots that you see on the closure invisible, but also slightly widens the part to once again, make it look more realistic. I’m using an angled brush from Moda Pro Line Brush, and pressing the powder into the part to create an even layer.

Slay queen!

And just like that, your wig is installed and looks fabulous—but most of all, natural-looking. Remember, your wig doesn’t have to look like one. Now that you’re on your way to being a wig master, I recommend investing in any of these top-rated units for your new signature look.

Hilary Duff Went Lizzie McGuire Blonde and Now I’m Ready for the Reboot

The countdown to the Lizzie McGuire reboot on Disney+ is officially underway. Hilary Duff announced the news a few weeks ago and already fans are wondering what’s happening with 30-something Lizzie. We now know one small thing. She’s still bright blonde. Duff revealed Lizzie McGuire-style blonde last week courtesy of longtime hairstylist Nikki Lee, co-founder of Nine Zero One salon in Los Angeles and In Common Haircare.

“When creating Lizzie’s new blonde it was important to Hilary that it was different from what Lizzie had in the past, and also a little different from what Hilary would normally have,” Lee said in a statement. “Lizzie’s next chapter blonde is a burst of sunshine! Lighter throughout the ends and around the face, with some dimension throughout the top.”

Lee achieved the color by using Joico’s Blonde Life Lightener and toner. She’s keeping Duff’s hair healthy with In Common Mended Sea Treatment Enhancer ($30 at In Common) for strength with the In Common Velvet Cloud Mask ($40 at In Common).

It looks like Duff is getting her adorable kids ready for her new project, as well. The actress’ fiance, Matthew Koma, shared a video to his Instagram story of the couple showing 7-year-old Luca and 11-month-old Banks the Lizzie McGuire movie for the first time. It’s too cute for words.

6 Fall Fashion Tips for Trans Women in Transition

As fall weather is upon us, we begin to refocus and change our wardrobe for the cooler times ahead. Fashion trends today come and go just as fast as summer does, and it can be hard to keep up with what to wear—especially if you’re transgender and beginning a physical transition. And as a transgender woman who can’t get enough of fashion herself, I’m here with some fall 2019 fashion tips for trans women in transition.

Of course, becoming so confident with fashion and honing my personal style didn’t happen overnight. In the fall of 2009, I began transitioning when my mom kindly offered me her clothes to wear. She and I have very different body types; she’s shorter with a beautiful hourglass figure, while I’m a bit taller and lankier. Her clothes on my body made me look androgynous, which was a great first step for me because I lived in a cookie-cutter town where no one even knew what “transgender” meant—yet. At first I wore her jeans (which were baggy on me) and her long sleeve shirts and cardigans (most of which were too tight, too small in the armholes or didn’t flatter my undeveloped chest.)

While my hair grew longer over the course of the next seven months, we bought androgynous shoes, I donned a simple necklace and eventually wore mascara. That spring, I also started wearing a bra stuffed with pads I took from a high school fashion show I walked in. Then by May, I felt validated and seen for the first time by my classmates when I wore a dress to prom and became the first openly transgender girl to be voted Prom Queen.

During that first year of my transition, there was so much going on for me socially, emotionally, mentally and physically. I had started hormone blockers that winter, and the next year I started estrogen. I learned a lot about my body and how hormones can affect your everyday life then. I was excited for the changes happening, but finding clothes that suited how I felt on the inside became uncomfortable and difficult. I already hated dressing a body I didn’t identify with, and now I had to dress one that also got hot flashes, chest and back acne, easily greasy hair and oily skin. Eventually those side effects subsided, but during the first few years of transitioning, this took a toll on my confidence and general state of well-being.

My friends made me feel better by giving me their old clothes and shoes—but none of those pieces reflected my own personal style. Looking back, I was lucky enough to have my mom there to help style me. And now, after having learned the importance of developing your own unique sartorial identity, I’m paying it forward by helping you navigate your own transition, too.

Here, Fall 2019 Fashion Tips for Those Transitioning

1. Outfits Can Be as Androgynous, Masculine or Feminine as You’d Like

You don’t have to fully subscribe to either end of the spectrum. (Your body, your choice!) When it comes to style, it’s all about color choices, accessories, and how you feel from within. You’re dressing according to your style—and not necessarily a gender norm.

Also, I know not everyone can be out at home or in school or both, so starting with simple outfits can be a nice way to ease into this process. It’s important to note that not all transgender people have dysphoria with their genitals; but if you do and would prefer to cover your bottom half, go for it. Again, you don’t have to subscribe to anyone else’s idea of dressing but your own.

And in the fall—perhaps fashion’s greatest season—there will always be classic staple pieces you can’t go wrong with that will have you looking stylish, regardless of how you feel about that sensitive area. Think: trench coats, tailored trousers or a pair of Chelsea boots.

2. When in Doubt, a Long Top Over Leggings Is a Great Go-To Outfit

This outfit combo is a great go-to look for these coming fall and winter months—especially if going through hormone therapy. Through this process, your skin will change, becoming easily irritated, oily, and sweaty. I went through this myself and have found that wearing looser and longer fitting tops helped my skin breathe while covering my “down under.”

And as the weather starts getting cooler, leggings with long shirts look great layered under a chunky sweater—a super comfy and stylish look! And if you get hot during the day (which is bound to happen with hormone therapy), just take the sweater off and rock the long sleeve until you get chilly again. Layered outfits are a staple for fall and winter.

In the same vein, fitted flannels are also great for fall, but wearing a flannel a size or two larger is chic while solving the issues of sensitive skin and coverage below the belt. Again, if you get hot, you can tie the flannel around your waist (just don’t forget to wear a T-shirt on underneath!). I actually love wearing my flannel around my waist as an accessory—it adds an edge to my look.

Instagram PhotoSource: Instagram

Another outfit formula I love is the classic T-shirt, jeans, and a jacket thrown over your shoulders. According to my (incredibly stylish) mother, Judy Blank, T-shirts with personality are the move. “Tees don’t need to be plain,” she says. “They serve as a great way to present yourself to the world. Graphic tees with a cool quote, beautiful design, or prints and patterns are key to expressing yourself. It’s cool when you pass someone and relate to something on their shirt. What an awesome conversation starter! Don’t be afraid to take fashion risks!”

Additionally, you can never ever go wrong with a black and white outfit. Black jeans and a white top are my favorite fall go-to look. A crisp, white top and dark wash jeans are another staple that will never go out of style.

3. Maxi Dresses Are a Great (And Effortless!) Fashion Staple

If you’re ready to wear dresses, there are some amazing fall maxi dresses that are very in right now. Pair these long dresses with boots, a scarf, and a jean jacket—and you have yourself an effortlessly cute look that can be dressed up or down!

4. Have Fun With Stylish Pants

Trousers in a variety of washes and colors are an awesome way to have fun with fashion. For fall, I highly suggest dark wash, black, dark green and maroon jeans.

Instagram PhotoSource: Instagram

Corduroy and velvet pants are very in right now, too, so I definitely suggest getting yourself a pair of each to play up your everyday look. Leggings will be your lifesaver—they have stretch, are comfortable and can be totally stylish when paired with the right long sleeved shirt, sweater or flannel.

5. Autumnal Colors Are Always Flattering

Earth tones will never go out of style. Think brown and beige, maroon, evergreen, marigold, muted blue, and burnt sienna. Of course, black is always great for fall and winter. Plus, darker colors are typically way more flattering when you aren’t 100% happy with the state of your body.

And don’t forget about textures, too. Satin bomber jackets, off-duty denim jackets, and edgy faux leather jackets all give off different moods. Have fun with them!

6. Accessorize, Accessorize, Accessorize

With fashion, it’s all about the details. A simple necklace, bracelet or ring can really complete an outfit. So can a pair of sunglasses. Pro tip: Fit is key! Be sure to choose one that suits your face shape, and not just because it’s stylish or trending at the moment.

Scarves are also a must-have. Not only are they a fashion statement that’s lasted the test of time, but if you are a woman of trans experience who doesn’t like her Adam’s apple or wants to hide it, this is perfect for concealing it—plus, it keeps you warm!

Now that you have an idea of what to wear, I urge you to seek out clothes that will make you feel your absolute best! Remember: This transitional period is for YOU. It’s important to know that no two transitions are the same, so move forward at your own pace. Give yourself time to find your own personal style—it doesn’t have to be right away! What matters most is that you’re comfortable and safe. If you can stay true to those two things, you’ll be on your way to your most authentic and beautiful self. Happy shopping!

The ‘Stranger Things’ Season 4 Trailer Is About To Flay Your Mind

It was just two months ago that we were treated to that epic (and chaotic) Fourth of July that took place in Hawkins, Indiana. Season 3 of Stranger Things showed us just how far the Mind Flayer was willing to go to get rid of Eleven, and take many favorites down with it (RIP so many beautiful characters. *Sobs*). Many of the Stranger Things cast just shared a new Season 4 teaser trailer on Instagram, confirming that the show will return—and that it won’t be what we’re used to!

At the end of Season 3, Wynona Rider (aka Joyce) has had enough. *Spoiler* she decides to move away from that seemingly cursed town of Hawkins, taking both Will and the recently orphaned Eleven with her. But just because you take the girl and boy out of Hawkins and away from direct contact with the Mind Flayer, doesn’t mean you can take the…Mind Flayer out of the boy and girl…? Well, that saying doesn’t quite translate. But you know what we mean!

Netflix announced the renewal of Stranger Things with a press release and tweet. The streaming platform also announced that they’ve signed the show’s creators—The Duffer Brothers (Matt & Ross Duffer)—to a multi-year overall deal for both film and TV series.

“The Duffer Brothers have captivated viewers around the world with Stranger Things and we’re thrilled to expand our relationship with them to bring their vivid imaginations to other film and series projects our members will love,” Ted Sarandos, chief content officer of Netflix, said. “We can’t wait to see what The Duffer Brothers have in store when they step outside the world of The Upside Down.”

Fan favorites, like breakout star Millie Bobby Brown and Season 3 newcomer Maya Hawke, shared the teaser on their Instagram pages.

We’re really looking forward to seeing more witty/goofy/hilarious bits between Robin and Steve (Joe Keery).

Instagram PhotoSource: Instagram

Keery started the show as a handsome “villain” of sorts, but now he’s become a lovingly clueless character who just manages to scrape by. But he’s a champion for our favorite middle-school crew who can always turn to Steve for advice, help and a free movie screening from time to time.

One of the most interesting storylines will be what the heck happened to Hopper (David Harbour)!? There  are many, many theories regarding Hopper’s storyline. And while the show did a solid job of convincing us that one of our favorite heroes is dead, most fans believe he won’t be gone for long. Joyce closed her eyes when she twisted those two keys, so there’s a chance Hopper escaped. That, or he’s now stuck in the Upside Down. The latter solution seems far less desirable. A theory we’d love to see play out? Hopper is alive but he knows the only way to keep Eleven safe is for her and everyone else to think he’s dead. Then he can go after those Russians without getting El into any more trouble. Although, we think it’s safe to assume El and her fellow gang of friends will find their own ways of ending in trouble. They’re a curious bunch!

My Inner Parisian is Amoureux With Rihanna’s Eye-Grazing Bangs

Whenever I see a friend or a celebrity get bangs and seeing how cute they look, it makes me wonder if I should follow in their footsteps. But bangs are the kind of high maintenance I don’t have time for. Rihanna’s bangs though look possibly do-able. They’re long and piecey and while heavy, angeled on the sides to make them look laid-back and cool. That’s not surprising considering the wearer. Ri took her new bangs for a spin at Paris Fashion Week while celebrating a new Fenty pop-up shop in the city.

Rihanna’s fringe extends past her eyebrows, drawing attention to those dark eyes. She loves to switch up her hair, going from braids to red bobs to brunette waves, but this classic black hue is super pretty. She paired the look with a bright red lip—from Fenty Beauty, I’m sure. Her skin looks flawless so there’s a great chance she’s wearing a full face of her cult-favorite makeup brand.

If Rihanna’s chic bangs make you want to get bangs too but you’re afraid of the commitment, I feel you. It’s probable Ri’s are a wig and going faux is a great option. Clip-on bangs have come a long way in recent years. I love Insert Name Here’s Zooey Bangs ($65 at INH Hair), which come in 13 different shades. Also, try out one of these natural-looking wigs. But a trip to Paris? You’re on your own.
