Khloé Found Out About Tristan’s Alleged Baby Mother on Social Media—She Was ‘Humiliated’

Shocked. Khloé Kardashian reportedly found out about Tristan Thompson’s alleged baby with Maralee Nichols through social media—not from Tristan himself.

The NBA player is currently on the receiving end of a paternity suit filed by Maralee, who recently gave birth to a baby boy she claims is Tristan’s son. The personal trainer alleges in her court filings that she and Tristan had a “months” long affair, during which she conceived her son after sleeping with Tristan in March 2021. At the time, Tristan was still publicly dating Khloé, with whom he shares his daughter True. (The Sacramento Kings player also has a son, Prince Thompson, with his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig). Now, a source who spoke to The Sun is claiming that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum only found out about Tristan’s affair and alleged child after receiving direct messages about the scandal on social media before the news broke.

“Khloé was shocked to her core when she found out—and even more shocked at how she found out,” the source told The Sun in a report published on December 8, 2021. “It wasn’t Tristan who told her, it was messages on social media that her team were getting way before the story came out.”

The insider also suggested that Khloé was considering getting back together with Tristan before she found out about his latest cheating scandal. “Khloé may now be saying they’ve been broken up since spring—but that’s not the whole story,” the source claims. She had actually been giving Tristan ‘one last chance’—he was getting therapy, and staying single and out of trouble and then they were going to see where they were at.” This echoes what previous sources have said about Khloé’s stance following the scandal. On December 6, 2021, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Khloé—who dated Tristan on and off from 2016 to 2021—had “hope” that she and Tristan would “get back together” one day.

“Khloé is kind of gloomy about the news of Tristan’s new baby, especially going into the holidays. Khloé is always so positive, but this brought her down a little,” the insider said at the time. “She has always been into giving Tristan tons of chances and deep down held out hope that they would maybe get back together one day. There is no hope and it’s really done for now, but she thinks it’s for the best.”

As for how her family feels about Tristan’s latest scandal, The Sun’s source claims that they are “furious” over how this news makes Khloé look. “Her family are furious she’s been left embarrassed again. They’ve told her she’s been humiliated for the last time,” the insider said. “They’re telling her co-parenting and a friendly relationship is fine, but getting back together with him and acting like a couple is too far.” Only time will tell what Khloé will decide.

Keeping Up With the Kardashians is available to stream on Peacock.

Lili Is a ‘Sweet’ Baby—Here’s What Harry & Meghan Think of Her Personality After 6 Months

Now that she’s six months old, Lilibet’s personality is really beginning to take shape! According to a new report, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s baby girl has a really “sweet” disposition—and her family can’t seem to get enough of it.

Baby Lilibet—who lives in Montecito, California with her mom, dad and big brother Archie—is already hitting “exciting milestones” for her age. Of course, this includes her blossoming personality: “She’s such a sweet-natured baby and a real joy to be around,” a source told Us Weekly in a report published on December 7, 2021. “They’re keeping a note of all her new exciting milestones,” the insider adds of proud parents Meghan and Harry. “It’s amazing how quickly she’s growing.”

The source went on to note that the Sussexes, who moved to the United States in April 2021 following their royal exit, “feel so fortunate to be in the position they’re in today.” The insider explained, “They don’t take anything for granted and are planning to do something to help others over the holidays — to give back!”

Meghan and Harry have yet to release an official photo of Lilibet (although fans caught a brief glimpse of her as a newborn in one of mom Meghan’s videos), but back in June 2021, a source told Us Weekly that Lilibet is the “perfect” mix of both Meghan and Harry in terms of her looks. “Lili is more perfect than Harry and Meghan could ever imagine,” the insider said at the time. “They are so in love with her, and she’s absolutely beautiful. She’s a cross between Harry and Meghan.”

Lilibet, whose full name is Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, was born on Friday, June 4, 2021. Meghan and Harry confirmed her birth in a statement on June 6. “It is with great joy that Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, welcome their daughter, Lilibet ‘Lili’ Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, to the world,” the statement read.  “Lili was born on Friday, June 4 at 11:40 a.m. in the trusted care of the doctors and staff at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, CA. She weighed 7 lbs 11 oz.”

Lilibet is named after both Harry’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, and his late mother, Princess Diana. “Both mother and child are healthy and well, and settling in at home. Lili is named after her great-grandmother, Her Majesty The Queen, whose family nickname is Lilibet,” the statement continued. “Her middle name, Diana, was chosen to honor her beloved late grandmother, The Princess of Wales. This is the second child for the couple, who also have a two-year-old son named Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. The Duke and Duchess thank you for your warm wishes and prayers as they enjoy this special time as a family.”

15 Christmas Zoom Backgrounds for a Holly Jolly Video Chat

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to Zoomland. We had a summer of warm weather and partially-lifted mask restrictions, but just in time for the holidays, the Omicron variant is putting us back in our places and reminding us to be a little safer this season. Many of us will be celebrating with loved ones, but for some, in-person parties are just nor realistic. That’s why I’m making Zoom backgrounds cool again—and these Christmas Zoom backgrounds are the move for any and all safe, distanced celebrations.

A good Zoom background is the gift that keeps on giving—and it’s the season of giving gifts, is it not? Whether you go for a classically-decorated home or a beautifully-trimmed Christmas tree, your background can totally convince your loved ones you have your life together this holiday season (despite the fact that literally no one has their life together right now). Or, you can get creative and use a funny background for laughs, like Santa Claus in a face mask. The possibilities are endless!

If you’ve yet to dive into the world of Zoom backgrounds, setting them up is beyond easy. Simply save a photo you like to your computer’s desktop and then open up your Zoom. Click the button that says Settings, then Virtual Background. Select your photo and boom! Leave it all night long or change it every now and again to keep things interesting.

Don’t have a photo in mind? That’s where we come in. While my top recommendation is always a vintage photo of you crying on Santa’s lap at the mall (ask your mom to send it to you in advance!) there are plenty of great options you can pull from online, too. Below, a few of our faves to ensure your Christmas Zoom sesh is merry and bright.

Tristan Just Accused His Alleged Baby Mother of Trying to ‘Gain’ Fame From Her Lawsuit

Things are getting even messier when it comes to this Tristan Thompson, Maralee Nichols and Khloé Kardashian scandal. Just days after Maralee’s paternity suit against Tristan became public news, Tristan has filed new court documents requesting confidentiality for the remainder of the case.

The NBA player, 30, reportedly filed the emergency petition in Harris County, Texas on December 6, 2021, asking a judge to issue a “gag order” in the case against Maralee, who claims she conceived her newborn baby with Tristan in March 2021 while he was still dating Khloé. If granted, the legal order would prevent all parties involved from publicly discussing any details of the case while it continues to be settled in court. In his filing, Tristan claimed that his alleged baby mother’s “intention all along [was] to try to achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit,” according to court documents obtained by Page Six. The Sacramento Kings player also alleges that recent messages purportedly sent between the two, which were shared by Maralee in court, were “wholly and clearly fabricated” in an “attempt to smear” him.

In court documents filed by Maralee, the personal trainer included alleged texts from Tristan “insisting that she get an abortion” along with “threatening that she will get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas.” Another purported text reveals that Tristan allegedly offered Maralee $75,000 to keep her pregnancy a secret. “You know how I feel. My feelings haven’t changed at all. Won’t be involved at all. Btw if you think having this baby is gonna make you some money. It’s completely wrong,” one of the alleged text messages reads.

Tristan’s alleged message continues, “You are aware that I’m retiring after this season. So in terms of support it will be whatever is required monthly or someone who’s unemployed. It’s texas (sic) so it will be only a couple hundred dollars. So you better off taking this 75k I’m offering cause you won’t get nothing near that with having a kid with a father who’s unemployed.”

In his filing, Tristan now claims Maralee “alerted the media” about him allegedly fathering her child and of the ongoing lawsuits between them in the states of California and Texas, despite the court granting a protective order for documents containing sensitive personal information about the parties involved. Maralee, for her part, has slammed Tristan for his lack of “transparency and honesty” in recent days on social media, according to screenshots published by The Blast. In one post on her Instagram Story, Maralee wrote, “Transparency and honesty was all I ever asked for. The love we made… The intimacy… and me opening myself up to you and showing my vulnerability… was all a mistake. Never again.”

19 Fashion Pieces I Really Hope the ‘SATC’ Stars Wear in the Reboot

As soon as I heard the news of a confirmed Sex And The City reboot, ~I couldn’t help but wonder~ who would be in charge of styling the cast for the new series. The great Patricia Fields was responsible for the original show’s most iconic ensembles and it’s likely the reboot will create a flurry of new fashion trends as soon as it airs. That said, as someone who eats, sleeps and breathes fashion, I have a few key pieces I’m seriously hoping Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte get the chance to wear.

HBO Max’s And Just Like That… drops this week, starring and executive produced by Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon. Kim Cattrall sadly won’t be joining the other OGs, and there’s no doubt that many fans will feel feel her absence. The only way to make up for it? Fill that hole with tons and tons of gratifying fashion moments!

Friendship and fashion are what grounded the original series, so with one friend down, I can only assume they’re upping the fashion ante to compensate. And with the new series styled by sartorial duo Molly Rogers and Danny Santiago (posting under the @andjustlikethatcostumes handle on the reg!) it’s safe to say the wardrobes will get a very 2021 upgrade.

Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte all have very different styles, and even in their 50s, they’ll certainly be true to them. Charlotte will remain classy and feminine, Miranda a bit cooler and more tailored and Carrie always eclectic and over-the-top. They may still be going shopping together, but it’s doubtful they’re buying from the same stores.

In the reboot, I want Carrie rocking a mini Jacquemus bag on the streets of Manhattan, Miranda the It Girl of Brooklyn with her Telfar bag and The North Face x Gucci puffer, and Charlotte begging her daughters to twin with her in matching Lele Sadoughi headbands.

Can’t you see it?! It just makes sense. Below, check out my predictions for this very fashion-forward trio.

Carrie Bradshaw

Whether or not Carrie is a full-time influencer, she’ll definitely be dressing like one. Think pattern mixing, so-hot-right-now designer pieces and an over-the-top eclectic flair that makes her the best-dressed woman at every party. She’ll definitely still be doing the most and creating trends for other NYC It Girls to follow.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

A Jacquemus Mini Bag

Carrie always had the most popular bag of the moment, but she favorited tiny Fendi baguettes over all others. Practical? No. Chic? Definitely. She’d love the whimsy of Jacquemus’s itty-bitty Le Chiquito bags, too.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

The Bottega Veneta Mesh Sandals

Carrie lived for a sexy sandal, so I can almost guarantee she’ll have these Bottegas in her overflowing shoe closet. The nude mesh! The high heel! The chain anklet! They’re just so right. Plus, only she could walk the streets of New York in these babies without falling.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

This Prada Nylon Party Dress

This Prada number caught first my eye when I saw it on the (virtual) runway, and who better to dress it up for a night out than Ms. Carrie Bradshaw? She’d love the classic skirt contrasted by the modern nylon material. Plus, you know she’d be a fan of that Prada logo front and center.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

The Season’s ‘It’ Coat

Carrie’s massive fur coat is one of her most iconic pieces, worn in almost every season. While I’d like to think she’d be a faux-fur-only kind of girl by now, I have a feeling she wouldn’t be able to resist brands like Stand Studio and Saks Potts. Safe to say she’d always have the trendiest outerwear of the season, like the now-sold-out Nino Coat.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

This Off-White Tee & Dress

Did Off-White create this dress with Carrie in mind? It’s a patterned slip with a tee underneath baring the phrase “boyfriends are temporary.” Bradshaw would def wear this while complaining about men to her friends or at home writing up a column.

Some Heels From SJP’s Brand

There’s no way Carrie won’t be wearing at least one pair of shoes from SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker. I know our girl loves Manolos, but still! I see her in these chic color-blocked red and pink pumps.

Anything From Dion Lee

Carrie loved a sultry date-night look, and she’d definitely be a fan of Dion Lee pieces like this slinky midi dress. Paired with her va-va-voluminous curls and an aforementioned sexy sandal? Perfection.

Miranda Hobbes

Out of all the women, I’d argue Miranda had the most versatile style. Anyone who called her boring just didn’t understand it! At work, she was ready to rumble in a chic blazer or pantsuit, and off-duty, she definitely learned harder into street style silhouettes than any of the other girls. She wasn’t overly concerned with her ‘fits being figure-flattering or of-the-moment, so she really nailed that effortlessly cool look many of us aspire to. That said, she did love a good designer piece—so long as it was also practical!

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

A Telfar Shopping Bag

Miranda moved to Brooklyn and now she carries a Telfar bag. Need I say more? I picture her with the medium size in Dark Olive, perfect for fitting her lawyer essentials or anything else she’ll want to carry during a day with the girls in Manhattan. No one likes subwaying back and forth from Brooklyn to the city all day long, so she’ll pack heavy!

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

The North Face x Gucci Puffer

Our girl loves practicality meets fashion, so you just know she was first in line at The North Face x Gucci pop-up shop in Williamsburg. Obvi, she’d snag the soon-to-be-iconic logo puffer before it sold out.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

These Fendi Logo Boots

In Season One, Miranda wears the coolest jacket covered in Fendi logos to a baseball game, and I think about it often. She’d likely still be fond of the label’s logo print, and enjoy stomping around the city in these incredible boots.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

This Nanushka Blazer

Miranda’s lawyer looks were always strong, but now that Samantha isn’t in the reboot, Miranda needs to carry on her business-betch pantsuit legacy. She can start with chic belted blazers like this one from Nanushka.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

The New Balance 990v5 Sneakers

Miranda has the coin to splurge on Balenciaga sneakers, but she and Steve def have matching New Balances. This particular style is beloved by models and street style influencers alike, so of course Miranda needs a pair, too.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

Courtesy of Loewe.

Anything From Loewe

If there’s one brand I think Miranda would be all about, it’s Loewe. The brand is the perfect combination of classic tailoring and modern flair, and she’d be able to keep the timeless pieces in her wardrobe for years. No doubt she’d pair these wide-leg jeans with absolutely everything.

Charlotte York Goldenblatt

Charlotte’s style will be mostly unchanged; classic and feminine and hella expensive. That said, she’ll likely lean into vibrant colors and fun, whimsical accents now that she’s a mother in an attempt to keep her look young and fresh. I see Lele Sadoughi headbands, Birkin bags and lots of Valentino in her future.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

Tons of Lele Sadoughi Headbands

Deep in my soul, I just know Charlotte York is a Lele Girl. There’s no way she wouldn’t accessorize her classic wardrobe with the brand’s embellished headbands—not to mention buy the petite size for her daughters, Lily and Rose. I think she’d be especially partial to this pink houndstooth/peal combo.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

This Metallic D&G Coat

Let’s face it: Char would look past Dolce & Gabbana’s notoriety and wear their gorgeous clothes anyway. Would I judge her? Yes, of course. Would I probably still be jealous of this jacquard coat? Also a yes.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

Courtesy of Simone Rocha.

This Simone Rocha Skirt

Charlotte loved a dreamy midi, and I don’t think we’ll find her suddenly a fan of miniskirts! She’d definitely be partial to something more classic, like this red and white Simone Rocha number that nips in at the waist. TBH, I picture her in lots of Simone Rocha pieces.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

A Birkin, Natch

When Samantha was vying for a Birkin in Season Four, I have no doubt Charlotte judged her internally. That said, she definitely wouldn’t refuse Harry buying her one, and I think she’d end up with a pretty large collection. I just don’t see her carrying trend bags!

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

This Gingham Staud Dress

Charlotte definitely splurges on an array of beautiful day dresses, and I have a feeling the Millie Dress would be hanging in her closet. Perfect for a Central Park picnic with her big, happy family.

STYLECASTER | SATC Reboot Fashion Trends

Anything From Valentino

Charlotte wore a lot of Valentino in the original show, so I have a feeling she’ll still be a fan in the reboot. York was never one for logomania, but she’d still wear a chic scarf with the V logo in dreamy pale pink.
