Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck Have Been ‘Spending’ Time Together Since Her Split From A-Rod

Hold the phone. Are Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck back together after her breakup with Alex Rodriguez? We’ll answer that question later, but what we can tell you now is that J-Lo and Ben have been “spending” a lot more time together since her split from A-Rod.

The New York Post’s Page Six reported on Friday, April 30, that J-Lo and Ben have hung out several times at her $28 million house in Los Angeles since she ended her relationship with A-Rod. Though the former couple haven’t been photographed together, a source told the newspaper that Ben is picked up by J-Lo’s security in her white Escalade SUV and taken to J-Lo’s house before he’s dropped back at home a few hours later. “Security picks him up at a nearby location and drops him off after spending a few hours at her house,” the insider said.

Page Six reports that Ben has visited J-Lo’s house at least three times during the day since she’s returned to Los Angeles after filming her upcoming movie, Shotgun Wedding, in the Dominican Republic. As for if Bennifer is back together, it looks like J-Lo and Ben are just friends. “They are friends…they’ve never not been,” Page Six’s source said.

J-Lo and Ben’s hangouts come two weeks after she and A-Rod confirmed that they had split after four years together. The former couple started dating in 2017 and got engaged in 2019. “We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so,” the couple said statement to the Today show at the time. “We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another’s children. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support.”

A week after their breakup, on April 23, J-Lo and A-Rod were photographed at restaurant at the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles, the same spot they had their first date in 2017. A source told People at the time that the dinner wasn’t romantic and was for A-Rod and J-Lo to “talk business and how to move forward in a friendly way.” “Jennifer and Alex are figuring out how to be exes and still remain friends,” the insider continued.

According to Page Six, Ben was seen at J-Lo’s Bel-Air house five days later on April 28. The next day, on April 29, he was also seen leaving his car at the Hotel Bel-Air before being picked up by J-Lo’s white Escalade to go to her home. Page Six reports that the Escalade dropped him back at the hotel three and a half hours later. He was seen exiting the white SUV in a T-shirt, jeans and sneakers with a green backpack.

J-Lo and Ben, who starred together in movies like Jersey Girl and Gigli, got engaged in 2002 months after J-Lo announced her divorce from her husband at the time, Cris Judd. The couple ended their engagement in 2004 but have remained friends. For InStyle’s May 2021 cover, Ben talked about what it’s been like to see his ex “getting the credit she deserves” in her career after all these years. “I thought I had a good work ethic, but I was completely humbled and blown away by what she was committed to doing day in and day out, the seriousness in which she took her work, the quiet and dedicated way she went about accomplishing her goals, and then how she would go back and redouble her efforts,” he said.

He continued, “She remains, to this day, the hardest-working person I’ve come across in this business. She has great talent, but she has also worked very hard for her success, and I’m so happy for her that she seems, at long last, to be getting the credit she deserves.”

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in January 2021, Ben recalled the sexism and racism that J-Lo experienced while they were together. “People were so fucking mean about her—sexist, racist. Ugly, vicious shit was written about her in ways that if you wrote it now you would literally be fired for saying those things you said,” Affleck said. “Now it’s like, she’s lionized and respected for the work she did, where she came from, what she accomplished—as well she fucking should be! I would say you have a better shot, coming from the Bronx, of ending up as like [Justice Sonia] Sotomayor on the Supreme Court than you do of having Jennifer Lopez’s career and being who she is at 50 years old today.”

Travis Barker’s Ex Just Seeming Called Out Him & Kourtney For ‘Basing’ Their Relationship on ‘IG’

Not for her. Fans think Shanna Moakler shaded Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian‘s kissing photo after she criticized couples whose relationships are “based” on Instagram and social media posts.

Shanna, who divorced Travis in 2008 after four years of marriage, took to her Instagram recently to post a black-and-white photo of her boyfriend, Matthew Rondeau, kissing her hand. “He makes me happy. @matthew_rondeau,” she wrote in the caption.

It didn’t take long for fans to speculate that something was wrong in Shanna’s relationship because her boyfriend doesn’t post photos of her. “Girl don’t post him when he isn’t posting you. It’s embarrassing,” the user wrote. In her response, Shanna shaded couples who post too many photos of themselves on social media (a.k.a. Kourtney and Travis.) “unlike some people my relationship status isn’t based on social media posting… I’m happy on life not on IG,” she wrote.

Though Shanna didn’t name Kourtney or Travis, fans believe that Shanna was shading a recent photo on Kourtney’s Instagram of her and Travis making out while her legs were wrapped around him. The picture saw the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star in a bikini as she and Travis had a hot moment in the desert. “Just Like Heaven,” she captioned the picture, to which Travis commented, “EVERYTHING.”

However, Shanna isn’t the only ex who seemed to have a problem with the picture. Kourtney’s ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima, was also accused of shading his ex when he posted a cryptic quote about “shamelessness” on his Instagram Story. “Shamelessness has become so normal in today’s society that modesty has become strange,” the post read. He followed the Instagram Story with a second post, which read: “Do yourself a favour. Surround yourself with those who speak of visions, ideas, goals, growth. Not those who sit and gossip about others. And if you do find yourself in that situation, excuse yourself and walk away. The game ends when you choose to leave such a gathering.”

After his Instagram Stories, Younes denied that he was shading Kourtney and that he wanted to be kept “far away” from her drama. “I always post quotes since years, all types of quotes,” he wrote.  “Stop attaching myself to people that are not part of my life anymore, it’s been two years let’s move on.” He continued, “No need for bad vibes.”

Aaron Rodgers Is Considering Leaving the Green Bay Packers to Be With Shailene Woodley

The end of an era. There are rumors that Aaron Rodgers is leaving the Packers to be with Shailene Woodley three months after their engagement.

ESPN’s senior NFL analyst Adam Schefter reported on Thursday, April 29, that Rodgers is “so disgruntled” with the Green Bay Packers that he’s considering not returning to the team. “Reigning MVP Aaron Rodgers is so disgruntled with the Green Bay Packers that he has told some within the organization that he does not want to return to the team, league and team sources told ESPN on Thursday,” Schefter tweeted.

After the tweet, several news outlets reported that Rodgers was considering signing with the San Francisco 49ers or the Las Vegas Raiders after his exit from the Packers. Given that both San Francisco and Las Vegas are only a short flight to Los Angeles, where Woodley lives, many suspect that Rodgers’ mixed feelings about the Packers could be due to his fiancé

In April 2021, a source told HollywoodLife that Rodgers was also considering retiring from the NFL to host Jeopardy! full time. The football player was a guest host on the game show for two weeks in April after the death of longtime host Alex Trebek. “When Aaron is done with the NFL, he wants to continue doing commercials and TV,” an insider said. “And if Jeopardy! were to offer him the full-time gig of doing the show, he would highly consider retiring from the NFL to be the host.”

The source continued, “The producers of Jeopardy! just have to make the right offer, and Aaron would be the host in no time. He would jump at the opportunity. He is super competitive and would love one more Super Bowl, but Aaron is heading into another chapter in his life.”

In an interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in February, Woodley confirmed that she and Rodgers were engaged after less than a year of dating. “Yes, we are engaged, we are engaged,” she said to host Jimmy Fallon. “But for us it’s not new news, you know, so it’s kind of funny. Everybody right now is freaking out over it but we’re like, ‘Yeah, we’ve been engaged for a while.'” Woodley went on to admit that she doesn’t “know him as a football guy,” as she had never even watched a football game before dating the quarterback. “I know him as like the nerd who wants to host Jeopardy! That’s the dude I know. He just happens to also be very good at sports,” she said.

Duchess Camilla’s Son Just Revealed Whether She’ll Be Queen After Prince Charles Becomes King

As Queen Elizabeth II’s eventual abdication nears, royal followers wonder if Duchess Camilla will be queen after her husband, Prince Charles, is king. Charles, the Queen and Prince Philip’s eldest son, is next in line for the throne after his mother retires. But will his wife, Camilla Parker-Bowles, the Duchess of Cornwall, be a queen? It doesn’t look likely.

In an interview on with The Times on Thursday, April 29, Camilla’s son, Tom Parker-Bowles, revealed that he isn’t sure if his mother will be referred to as a queen after Prince Charles becomes king. “I honestly don’t know if Mum will be called queen,” he said. “That hasn’t been decided. There are a lot of interesting Sky documentaries about that I’m sure, but I honestly don’t know if that’s true.”

In a press release about Charles and Camilla’s engagement in 2005, Buckingham Palace confirmed that will be receive an HRH title and be referred to as the Princess Consort when Prince Charles succeeds his mother. “It is intended that Mrs. Parker Bowles should use the title HRH The Princess Consort when The Prince of Wales accedes to The Throne,” the statement read.

However, royal followers believe that plans have changed and that Camilla will now be the Queen Consort when Prince Charles is king. Though nothing has been confirmed by Buckingham Palace, the institution removed a question about whether Camilla will be queen on Charles’ official website years ago, which led many to believe that Camilla’s title will the Queen Consort when Charles ascends to the throne.

In his interview with The Times, Tom, who is Camilla’s son with ex-husband Andrew Parker-Bowles, reacted to the portrayal of his mother on The Crown season 4. “The Crown is beautifully filmed and beautifully acted but complete bollocks mostly,” he said. “I saw a bit with my dad and thought, ‘God, you’ve got him wrong,’ but I would say that, wouldn’t I?” He also gave his opinion on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s drama with the royal family. “What can I say? Families are never easy, but they’ll work it out in the end,” he said. “I stay out of that. That’s nothing to do with me.”

Since its premiere, Law & Order: SVU has aired for more than 20 seasons and won more than 30 Emmys, including one for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for Hargitay in 2006. (She became the first main cast member from any Law & Order show to win an Emmy.)

In an interview with Parade in 2019, Hargitay opened up about why she thinks Law & Order: SVU has been on the air for so long. “SVU resonates because it’s a path to healing and a path to survivorship,” she said at the time. “Each week, Olivia Benson and the team depict an environment of compassion, sympathy and justice, providing hope to those who experience shame and isolation caused by sexual violence. The conversations that the show inspires have brought a greater awareness and understanding of the issues. And every disclosure is a chance to show that a victim is to be believed.”

However, with so many seasons on the same show, there are bound to be details that Hargitay has forgotten about. In an interview on Late Night With Seth Meyers in 2019, Hargitay revealed that she forgot the storylines of one of her episodes while watching a rerun on TV. “However, about a month ago, I did and I stopped. And it was so old, and I’m like, ‘I don’t remember that,'” she said at the time. “And I said, ‘Oh, I’ll just watch and remember what episode it was.’ And I sat there, watching and watching. Half-hour went by, got completely engrossed in the show. Didn’t remember a thing. Didn’t even know it was me! Like, ‘This is a good show!’ But it was so sad, because I could not remember. And then I tried to remember, and I just couldn’t.”
